Deputy President William Ruto has since again hit out at the opposition over alleged plans to scuttle the ruling Jubilee Party.
Speaking in Kamahuha Girls High School in Muranga on Wednesday, the DP also fired shots at opposition boss Raila Odinga for striving to derail the government.
He noted that the former Prime Minister has perfected the art of derailing governments from delivering and destroying friendships for political reasons.
However, he said that the Orange Democrat Movement (ODM) party leader's tricks will not succeed this time round, and Jubilee will deliver as planned despite his (Raila) efforts.
"Jubilee will remain intact and ensure the projects we started are completed," he was quoted by the Standard, adding that opposition leaders are 'wolves who cannot be trusted'.
He urged the opposition to keep off Jubilee issues and concentrate on its own issues, noting that the group has failed to organize itself and has no moral authority to lecture Jubilee.
“The Opposition had failed to organise itself. How can it provide advise to Jubilee government, which has elaborate development plans and agenda that will transform the country?" posed the DP.
This comes at a time when the two have been trading shots, with Raila's side bashing Ruto for opposing the national accepted war on corruption.
Ruto and team have on the other hand accused Raila and his group of using the purge to paint him corrupt with an aim of paralyzing his future presidential ambitions.
