Business came to a standstill on Thursday at Keroka market after a bodaboda rider caught his wife cheating with another man.
Celina Otwori, a cereal trader was caught with her 'mpango wa kando', Arnold Makori at a local bar.
"My wife left home and forgot her handbag with money in the house. I decided to take the handbag to her at 1pm only to find her missing," said the rider.
Angered Otwori said the wife had only displayed the cereal products she sells at the business stall but she was not around.
He said he was told of his wife's whereabouts by a trader who spotted her entering a local bar which was being cleaned.
"I didn't believe my eyes seeing my wife seated in a compromising position with another man drinking sodas. The man is familiar to me and he has been my customer," he stated.
Area chief Kennedy Ndege said the rider beat up the woman accusing her of betrayal.
"Married women should respect their men. Celina following the beating she will learn not to accept other men apart from her husband," said Ndege.
