Speaking at Shauri Moyo AP camp on Monday, Kibicho claimed that the alleged plot was an imagination adding that it's being exaggerated by the media.

The powerful PS also insisted that 'their intelligence brains' cannot buy the narrative, adding that the authors of the propaganda should do much better.

“We are credited with intelligence and brains, better than what we are hearing. It's unfortunate we are occupied by media talking about imaginations,” Kibicho said.

He added, “On leaders talking about assassination claim, who has complained? I am yet to hear someone complain. We should stop creating things that don't exist. The moment we have a formal claim we deal with it in accordance with the law. We will not as a ministry be stopped from doing our work.”

A mysterious letter being investigations by DCI claimed that four ministers from Mt Kenya had met in Hotel La Mada and planned how to kill Dr Ruto.

The author of the letter who is believed to be a minister according to the address, is yet to be established. Dr Ruto is yet to record a formal complaint.

Dr Kibicho is claimed to be the organiser of the meeting but he declined to give further details on Monday, insisting that the content of the letter is fictional.

Also implicated are CSs Peter Munya, Joe Mucheru, Sicily Kariuki and James Macharia. None of them is yet to record a statement with the police.

Blogger Dennis Itumbi has been arrested and is being held for allegedly authoring the letter. He's yet to be arraigned in any court so far.
