A son to an ODM governor reportedly picked quarrel with a senior government official before raining on him with kicks and blows.
Mr. Sammy Nyagarama, son to Governor John Nyagarama, is said to have attached Mr. Kefa Mocheche, a former Personal Assistant to his father cum Deputy Chief of Staff over the weekend.
The urgly incident at Riamanoti residence is said to have been precipitated by Mocheche's disrespect to Deputy Governor Amos Nyaribo.
"Over the weekend, Sammy beat Mocheche for undermining the Deputy Governor.
"He did that in presence of his father. These are some of the issues the public rarely know," said a Chief Officer who spoke in confidence.
Efforts to reach the two for comment were futile since none picked calls.
While Nyagarama was in the US for over two months, Nyaribo suspended Mr. Mocheche for allegedly disrespecting him.
Until now, it is not clear whether the suspension has been lifted or not.
