Lawyer Miguna Miguna has launched a scathing attack at Amani National Congress (ANC) leader Musalia Mudavadi.
In a tweet, Miguna said that Mudavadi has no moral authority to call for Luhya Unity at a time when Kenya needs liberation from what he terms as despots.
The controversial lawyer, who was deported after taking part in the mock swearing-in of ODM leader Raila Amolo Odinga, also said that Kenyans must unite President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto.
He opined that all the communities must speak in one voice if the country wants to realize development.
“Bumbling son of Soapstone Mudamba: Kenyans are sick and tired of hearing about Kikuyu, Kalenjin, Luo, Luhya, Kamba and other ethnic presidents. 55 million Kenyans want and deserve GENUINE visionary KENYAN LEADERS. Step aside,” he tweeted.
The statement comes after Mudavadi said that he is ready to unite the Mulembe Nation to ensure one of their own rises to power. He spoke in Lugulu village in Butula sub-county where they attended the burial of former councillor George Kwena.
“From today hence forth, we will not entertain journeys aimed at dividing our people. We are going to be one and this is the solidarity we assure you,” said Mudavadi, as quoted by Daily Nation.
