A woman undressed herself in public at Harambee Kenyan and demanded to see National Assembly Leader of Majority Aden Duale.
This is after the Garissa Township MP played a huge role in the approval of the Finance Bill 2018.
The unidentified woman stripped naked in protest of the high cost of living after President Kenyatta signed into law the Finance Bill.
The woman arrived at Harambee House wanting to see President Kenyatta who is away in New York and Mr Duale but was blocked by the officers manning the gate.
In the photo that was doing rounds on social media, the woman who is wearing only her underwear.is seen standing between four police officers who are manning the main entry to Harambee House.
The officers had a hard time trying to talk some sense to the visibly angry woman whom like every other Kenyan is protesting the decision to make the lives of the poor hard.
Last week at the National Assembly, Mr Duale ensured that the eight per cent value added tax (VAT) on fuel was approved by the assembly members.
The president had recommended that the proposed 16 per cent VAT on petroleum products be reduced to 8 per cent and he also proposed to increase tax on some financial services in order to raise more revenue.
