Deputy President William Ruto has been condemned once more over his reckless remarks on hunger related deaths.
Protus Kebati, the Former Bonchari MP said Ruto is afraid of the truth.
"Ruto's remarks over hunger related deaths are reckless meant to divert Kenyans' attention. Kenyans are dying in drought hit counties while DP Ruto is busy threatening chiefs who exposed the deaths," said the ex-MP.
He termed DP Ruto as a retrogressive leader who may turn to be a dictator is he takes over the leadership of the country in 2022.
"Ruto is a violent man who should not be allowed to take the leadership of this country. Tribalism will be at the peak if he is elected the next president. He has failed to even champion for his people who are dying of hunger," he stated.
The ex-lawmaker appealed to President Uhuru Kenyatta not to be scared telling DP Ruto the truth over his involvement in graft.
Few days ago, DP Ruto dismissed claims that people in Baringo and Turkana have succumbed due to lack of food adding that chiefs who told lies have been taken in for questioning.
