Business mogul Jared Niverton is among dignitaries who have offered to ferry NSL heavyweights Shabana FC to Kasarani stadium on Sunday for a clash with Mwatate FC.
The 1pm clash could have over 5,000 fans from the larger Gusii region attending following mobilisation by Mr. Niverton, the chairman of the club.
For months now, since claiming responsibility to TV anchor Lilian Muli's pregnancy, Mr. Niverton has taken a low profile both at home and in Nairobi.
Mr. Niverton has contributed one bus with Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i giving four buses to the travelling fans.
Gusii community spokesman Simba Arati has also donated a bus with Governor James Ongwae, deputy governor Joash Maangi and South Mugirango MP Sylvanus Osoro giving four in total.
In 2015 when Shabana was playing Zoo Kericho at Gusii stadium, Niverton made first public appearance with estranged Muli.
In an interview with a local newspaper, Niverton conceded that Muli was carrying his baby boy but declined to make further comments.
On Wednesday, Muli posted a black Rose on her Instagram, an indication that the relationship between the two lovers could be on its lowest moment.
