A recent Facebook post by Nandi Hills Member of Parliament Alfred Keter over Deputy President William Ruto’s 2022 presidential ambitions have caused an online buzz.
Keter in a post dated July 21, 2018, had more surprisingly warned that electing DP Ruto for the top seat will result in other tribes hating the Kalenjin community.
“They have taken us for a ride. They are now stealing from us. Recently I asked him because he called me saying I have started intimidating his 2022 Presidential ambitions. I told him my prayer is for you not to be the president because if you become one, other Kenyan tribes will hate us the Kalenjin saying we are thieves,” reads pasrt of the post.
Several Kenyans have however expressed mixed reactions over the post.
