The Twitter user identified as Paramedic Benson Kiogora has been saluting the lawmaker and soliciting for help from her and opportunity to initiate a conversion on an unspecified topic.

Benson, in a tweet, claimed that he had sent a message of the issue she wanted Passaris to address a number of times but got no reply until he decided to 'give up' altogether.

"I have inboxed you severally with no reply," Benson told the Woman Rep.

In a rejoinder, Passaris defended her silence over the matter and argued that the Twitter user lacked 'clarity' in her messages because he only greets her and requests for unspecified assistance and a chance for her to talk to him.

"He is from Meru County and needs to engage the Women Rep of his County. Not that he has a clarity of what he wants besides 'daily salutations' "hi", "talk to me", "I need help" and I 'give up'. Coming on my wall to complain will not yield solutions. He needs to learn to 'pitch'," noted Passaris

She further said that she had given the man an opportunity to articulate his issues to her but failed to meet the expectation and has now advised him to engage Meru Woman Representative and leave her to serve the 4 million Nairobi residents.

"He has had access to me for over a month. Let him look for his Women Rep of Meru County. I have 4 million people in my county to serve," Passaris said, in a tweet, pointing out that she had no time to waste with a resident of another county.
