The parents blocked the teacher from entering the school compound, what caused drama and the school activities were held for a long time as the parents demanded the teacher to be transferred to another school.

They also said, since he was installed in that school, the academic performance of the school has declined sharply something that is really making the parents worried.

They also faulted the headteacher of the school of having bad relations with the colleague teachers, who had been having cold strikes hence poor delivery in class.

Area chief Edward Moenda helped to bring peace and normalize the school's daily activities.

"Number one, the headteacher and colleague teachers have not been in good terms and there were cold strikes in the recent past. This has impacted negatively on the performance of the school.

"Number two, the teacher did a local arrangement with another teacher from a different school, to shift the stations. He came and hid behind the school compound and his belongings to be taken to him, why did he not come openly and demand his stuff from the parents?" said the chief.

"Number three, the teacher always asks teachers to collect money from the learners which he orders to be taken to his office which some teachers were against. That's why we are here and we want the teacher to be transferred and we receive a new teacher," the chief added.
