Former Kiambu governor William Kabogo has escalated his attacks on the incumbent Ferdinand Waititu over allegations that Waititu has been mentioning Kabogo's name in every interview.
Kabogo issued the warning to embattled Waititu who is on EACC radar over corruption cases through his Facebook account.
"Bwana Waititu stop mentioning my name at every opportunity you get on radio and media. I’ve nothing to do with your probs (sic), those are self-inflicted wounds. Beba Mzigo wako peke yako au na wale mliokula nao(Carry your own cross and that of those who you squandered public funds with). I sympathize but can’t help you. Stop shadow boxing,” reads Kabogo’s post.
However, his warning has come to haunt him after a section of residents did not agree with his warnings as they urge him to give Waititu time.
This comes after Ferdinand Waititu was arrested by EACC detectives over unaccountable of shillings 588 million in which the latter condemned the arrest as a way to 'fight' him for his support to Deputy President William Ruto.
Kabogo's warnings 'backfired' as seen by the screenshots below;
