Vocal Nandi Hills legislator Alfred Keter posted a photo of him with his daughter at unidentified school after months of absence from public limelight.
While Keter has been tweeting about contemporary issues, he has never posted a photo of him for two months, with the last being when he visited Tiaty constituency to handle hunger situation.
"I had a wonderful time with my daughter in her school today with other parents during a lunch hour meeting," he wrote on Tuesday.
In March, Keter hit at Deputy President William Ruto over hunger in Northern Kenya, questioning the DP's integrity. The country's second in command had denied of death cases in hunger stricken areas.
"No Matter what most Kenyans go through;starvation, unemployment, diseases, poverty etc,one thing I know that is definite in my heart is that our tomorrow is greater than today.Let’s all unite,be hopeful and the Lord will never forsake us," he said.
Prior to the hunger crisis, Keter had also questioned the alleged loss of Sh21 billion meant for construction of Kimwarer and Arror dams in Elgeyo-Marakwet County. DP Ruto had also denied loss of the funds.
"Oooh!! it is not 21B,it is just 7B. Oooh!! DCI mandate is to deal with pickpocketing not us economic criminals. Oooh!! nobody lost life over hunger the situation is okay. Oooh!! Blah....blah...Bullshit!!! Please give us a break my friend you are a disgrace," he added.
Mr Keter, Moiben MP Silas Tiren and Cherangany legislator Joshua Kutuny have been leading onslaught against Deputy President William Ruto. But lately, Keter has taken a low profile.
Despite his silence, DP Ruto suffered a huge blow last week when billionaire Zedekiah Bundotich and Elgeyo-Marakwet Governor Alex Tolgos ditched his camp for CCM and KANU respectively.
Dr Ruto has also seen a number of leaders from his home County of Uasin Gishu snubbing him with Governor Jackson Mandago and Senator Margaret Kamar leading the pact.
