Njapit, a third-year student in the Department of Biotechnology is a great influence to comrades. He is very kind, humble and a servant leader.
Apparently, he has also been motivating the esteemed comrades who are destined for great success to work tirelessly around the clock to make sure that they attain their dreams. He has regularly been holding motivation talks meetings at main campus grounds in Kesses.

He always encourages comrades to believe in pacifism and diplomacy as well as to channel their grievance and challenges in a proper way that will not abuse or disturb anyone in the institution.
Due to his generosity and warm heart, comrades have recognized and love him so much that he can not pass around the institution unnoticed. You will regularly see students shouting out his name whenever he passes by.
Njapit has also shown attributes of good leadership, he channels concerns from comrades at the School of Agriculture to the office of the Vice Chancellor while also offering solutions to problems.
