The deaths include those of influential businessmen and politicians. 

Some of the politicians were still in office when they met their deaths while others had left power. The families of the deceased have been seeking justice, but it remains a far-fetched dream.1. George MuchaiOn February 6, 2015, the nation was left in deep shock when it announced that former Kabete MP George Muchai was no more. Muchai was shot dead in Nairobi. The inquest into his death has continued to suffer setbacks each day. Four suspects were however arrested and charged over his death.2. George ThuoThe death of former Juja MP George Thuo left a scar in the family and residents of Kiambu county. On the night of November 17, 2013, Thuo allegedly consumed highly toxic chemical after a drinking spree at one of the bars in Thika town. The police arrested six people linked to his death, but the truth remains unearthed.3. Robert Ouko Ouko, who was the then Foreign Affairs Minister, went missing from his house in Koru, Kisumu on February 12, 1990. That was the last time he was seen alive. The powerful minister had just landed from the US a few days before he went missing. He was later discovered dead. His body had been burned beyond recognition and dumped at Got Alila Hill, a few kilometres from his farm.4. Tom MboyaFormer Minister for Economic Planning and Development died a painful death. Mboya was gunned down on 5 July 1969 along Moi Avenue, Nairobi CBD. He had just visited a pharmacy when he met his death. It remains unclear who killed him.5. Businessman Jacob Juma The death of Jacob Juma shook Kenya. Juma had threatened to expose politicians and other powerful Kenyans behind mega scandals before he died. The man died not live to let the cat out of the bag on May 26, 2016.#hivisasaoriginal #historynow
