Kenyan hip hop musician Kristoff has opened up on the allegations that he was caught by his girlfriend Yvonne Darcq while cheating with gospel musician Kush Tracey over the weekend.
In a video doing rounds on social, Kristoff and Tracey are confronted by Darcq shortly after they exited a restaurant while holding hands and walking towards a car in the parking lot.
Speaking during an interview on Radio Citizen's Mambo Mseto that was shared on YouTube, Monday, Kristoff said there was nothing between him and the gospel singer aside from friendship.
"There is nothing there. Kush Tracey is my friend. It is just friendship. I don't think it is bad to hold hands. (Hakuna kitu hapo. Kush Tracey ni rafiki yangu. Ni urafiki tu. Kushikana mikono sidhani ni vibaya)," Kristoff stated.
The singer said he was to drop off Tracey before heading back home when the confrontation happened outside the restaurant.
According to Kristoff, he went home alone leaving Tracey and Darcq at the restaurant and that he had not inquired after that on what actually transpired.
Kristoff and his girlfriend who is also a popular musician in the country had earlier on denied claims that they were dating.
