Former Bomet Governor Isaac Ruto has however warned DP Ruto not to rely on the current crop of politicians from central Kenya who are supporting him to give him votes.

Speaking on KTN's Point Blank Show, the Chama cha Mashinani party leaders said most of the team Tangatanga members from central Kenya are new to the political scene and are most of them likely to disappear when the political temperatures reach boiling point.

"You can't take seriously these MPs because these are the young first-timers MP who have arrived on the scene. 70 per cent of those MPs will simply dissipate when bells are sound when we go to elections," the former Bomet Governor said.

Furthermore, the former council of Governors chairman said the very few or none of the team tangatanga fromCentral Kenya can really oppose the President should the president decide to say something different other than support to DP Ruto.

"How many of those MPs can stand up to Uhuru Kenyatta in Muranga and say anything. If Uhuru Kenyatta tells them to shut up they will all shut up on one single day," he added.
