Outspoken Embakasi East MP Babu Owino will be among seven parties that will get their Supreme Court determinations which still seal their fate in parliament, Friday.
Mr Owino lost his seat at the High Court before bouncing back at the Appeals Court last year. However, his main competitor Francis Mureithi moved to the Supreme Court.
At Marakwet East, Kangogo Bowen will anxiously wait for his fate following the decision by Jebiii Kilimo to challenge his victory through a voter. Just like Mr Owino, he had lost in the High Court before bouncing back at the Appeals Court.
A similar situation will be witnessed in Gatundu North where Clement Waibara will know whether or not he will go to polls following a challenge by Ann Kibe. The two have battles from High Court.
For Wajir West, Ahmed Kolosh of ODM will also wait for his fate after making it at the Appeals Court. Former nominated MP and long time assistant minister Musa Sirma will also know his fate.
But most important, Lamu senator Anuar Loitiptip of Jubilee will hoping to survive after losing in the last two battles. The rulings will be made from 9am at the Surpreme Court of Kenya.
Already, IEBC has started preparations for two by-elections, Ugenya and Embakasi South after sitting MPs decided to move on after losing in lower courts.
