Hours after Interior Cabinet Secretary Dr Fred Matiang'i declared war on foreigners in the betting industry, controversial lawyer Miguna Miguna has now linked him to the fake gold scam.
The deported lawyer has claimed that the CS has been masterminding sagas within the government behind scenes.
He also associated Matiang'i with the Ruaraka land scam.
Miguna challenged the CS to come forth and clear his name before its too late. He insisted that the CS has failed in his role and should face action over the same.
He also claimed that Matiang’i looted billions in the Ministry of Education before he was transferred to his current docket.
"Mr. @FredMatiangi: You were the chief architect of the Fake Gold and Ruaraka Land Scams. You stole land in Runda then used public money and equipment to construct on it. You looted billions from the Ministry of Education. Justice Odunga convicted you on March 28, 2018,” Miguna said in a tweet.
The controversial lawyer has been reading malice in the ongoing probe into the gold saga. He has faulted President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto for failing to protect the interest of the public at a time when billions remain unaccounted for in the government.
