Kenya's top lawyer Nelson Havi has hinted on the possibility of the Supreme Court Judge Justice Prof Jackton Ojwang' reigning based on the fact that his fate lies with President Uhuru Kenyatta and the tribunal which will be formed to try him.
Taking to his Twitter handle on Tuesday, Nelson Havi stated that the Judge has presided over many similar Tribunals and is well vast with the heat of the process after the radical surgery of the Judiciary of 2003
"The fate of Supreme Court Judge Hon Justice Prof Jackton B. Ojwang' now hangs with President Kenyatta and a Tribunal to be formed to try him," he Tweeted.
"The Judge himself presided over similar Tribunals after radical surgery of 2003," he added.
Havi further added that Justice Ojwang knows how of the process and how it is conducted will propel him resigning as the crack on the Judiciary widens.
"He knows very well how it goes. I foresee him resigning," he noted.
The Supreme Court came under heavy criticism of corruption allegations especially after the landmark ruling on the Wajir Gubernatorial contest.
Justice Ojwang is facing allegations of partiality and bribery and authoring a judgment with respect to the Sony Sugar belt and is alleged he was rewarded in turn by Obado.
The resolution of the investigation of his conduct came especially after the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) wrote to President Kenyatta seeking him to form a tribunal to probe the Judge.
