Constantly regretting of the opportunities and mistakes you did a long time ago will make you worried about any other opportunity that comes to you and this will make you fearful in everything you wish to do.
4. You constantly check your phone
Checking your phone constantly with the thoughts that you might be called or texted, is a sign you are too worried. There is no need of refreshing your phone when thinking that bad or good times are coming your way.
