Speaking during an interview on NTV on Tuesday, Otiende said Kenyans should read and scrutinise the report before making a decision.

He urged all Kenyans to compare contents of the BBI report with the 2010 Constitution in order to make informed decisions.

According to Otiende, it is only through reading the document that Kenyans will understand what the BBI team is advocating for.

"I want to urge that we read the report together with the harmonised draft constitution against the background of having had the constitution now for 10 years," he said.

"I have always supported the process; it is now time to look at the content. Some were opposed to the process; I want to urge them to look at the content," he added.

President Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM leader Raila Odinga are expected to receive the report later today.

The BBI team traversed the country for over a year seeking opinions of Kenyans on how to end post-election violence and inculcate inclusivity in government.
