Members of the Tangatanga group have been urged to observe a section of regulations as they prepare to attend the Coastal edition of the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) forums, slated for Mombasa County on Saturday.
The group, which consists Members of Parliament and Senators allied to Deputy President William Ruto, on Tuesday declared interest in participating in the forums, which have since been held in Kisii and Kakamega.
However, Kieni MP Kanini Kega has said that they will have to keep off politics at the rally, in order to give Coast residents the space to air their views on the BBI report.
He also says that the group must conduct itself in a respectful manner.
"We are pleased to hear that members of the other faction which was doubtful of the meetings has said that they will attend the rally but they must come in a respectful manner. Also, lets let locals to issue their views," he said in a presser in parliament on Wednesday.
He added that the meeting will also be all-inclusive, stating that the function will be an open rally where everybody is welcome to attend.
Kega lauded President Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM leader Raila Odinga for founding the initiative, expressing confidence that their intentions of uniting the county will ultimately be realized.
"As Jubilee members under the leadership of President Uhuru Kenyatta and those from NASA under President Uhuru Kenyatta, who has said that they want to unite the country, we will be attending the public rally," he added.
