Mwala MP Vincent Musau now wants Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka to retire from active politics.
The Maendeleo Chap Chap's legislator claims that Kalonzo is no longer relevant in both national and Ukambani politics.
He wants Kalonzo to retired and offer his support to other visionary politicians.
Speaking to journalists in Mwala town on Wednesday, the MP said Kalonzo is politically expired.
“We respect him but the fact remains that he (Kalonzo) is no longer relevant and should pave way for other leaders to provide direction to the Kamba community,” he said.
Musau claimed that Ukambani has nothing to celebrate about for the years Kalonzo has been the community kingpin.
Musau further told Kalonzo to shelve his 2022 presidential bid.
He claimed that the former Vice President stands zero chance of being elected Kenya's 5th President in 2022.
Musau asked the Ukambani political kingpin to instead support Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua who is also eyeing the same seat.
