Winfred Wangui says the senator had seen his alleged daughter only twice since her birth in 2007 when they had intimate relationship.

"When she was two-months old he gave me Sh7,000 and towards the end of 2007 when he was vying for a parliamentary seat," she recalled.

She further adds: "He later came home to meet my mother with Sh20,000 and promised to pay for his daughter's upkeep."

Further, she says, the senator has only sent Sh70,000 through M-Pesa and has reportedly refused to pay Sh75,000 monthly upkeep.

meanwhile, she further claims, Wamatangi has refused to take DNA test despite being ordered by court to do so.

Instead, Wangui's file has reportedly 'lost' from  court whenever she turns up for hearing of the child upkeep case at Kiambu law-courts.

And the outspoken senator has also since disowned the child in his replying affidavits adding that he has never seen her.

"I have never heard carnal knowledge of the plaintiff. I am not the biological daughter herein, I have never seen her either."
