He is rarely seen smiling, leave alone dancing in public. But on Friday morning in Kisumu, the CS was in high spirits as he took to the stage to shake a leg alongside Kisumu Governor Anyang’ Nyong’o and Kisumu County Woman Representative Rosah Akinyi Buyu.

The CS was in Kisumu to preside over the ongoing National Integrated Information Management Systems (NIIMS) registration exercise, before addressing members of the public at the Jomo Kenyatta Sports Ground.

While addressing the resident, Governor Nyong’o urged them to register and get the Huduma Namba so that they can easily access public services.

“This is a government project and you are aware that all of us are in government. When you go back home, tell those that remained behind to come and register because the Huduma Namba will help us,” he urged.

After his brief address, Kisumu County Women representative Rosah Buyu moved to the stage and beckoned a group of women.

The women broke into song and dance. Nyong’o, Buyu and Matiang’i who was y then getting ready to address the public joined the bandwagon.

They never disappointed with their calculated dance moves.
