Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro has affirmed that no amount of intimidation will make him change his tune as far as the 2022 presidential race is concerned.
In an interview with Daily Nation, Ndindi said that he is determined to fight for the rights of the oppressed.
The lawmaker said that the Jubilee regime has decided to eat its own daughters and sons after President Uhuru Kenyatta and Orange Democratic Movement (ODM).
Nyoro said that the recent arrest by the police is unacceptable and unlawful.
He noted that the government has decided to use force to silence him and other leaders who have pledged to support Deputy President William Ruto before the Uhuru leaves power.
Ndindi said that he is ready to walk in the footsteps of Liberation Hero Kenneth Matiba in the quest to make this nation a better place for everyone.
He noted that Matiba was a fearless man who served his people without any form of favour. Ndindi also said that the voice of the people really matters and he has the support of the people since he was elected into power.
“Mr Matiba was fearless because life is not worth living if you are living on your knees and under subjugation. We must be given space to exercise our free will because it is the collective intelligence and minds of many that will change Kenya and not a few people who believe they know everything yet they are already messing up,” he said, as quoted Daily Nation.
