Although milk has massive benefits, it is associated with devastating consequences to some extent. 

It is advisable that when on some conditions, avoid taking milk since it exacerbates an existing condition. 

Here are reasons why you should avoid milk when on these conditions:

1. Acne

Among the factors that contribute to this condition is drinking more milk. When on this condition, try as much as possible to avoid drinking milk.

Katherine Marengo, LDN, RD, a nutritionist, noted that milk causes more harm than good by aggravating the condition. 

2. Allergic to milk 

Marengo adds that most toddlers are allergic to milk, therefore, parents should give them in moderation. Adults who are allergic to this dairy product, should avoid it or take it in moderation as well. 

3. Cancer

Heavy consumption of milk leads to prostate cancer. It is just lucid, prostate cancer victims should avoid drinking milk if at all they need to beat the condition. 

The calcium derived from milk has been found to have negative effects on the prostate glands.

 4. Lactose intolerance

Some people's digestive system can't breakdown the milk lactose.
