A Kisii-based politician has slammed Deputy President William Ruto terming him an 'immature' leader.
This follows the DP's celebration of Orange Democratic Movement's double defeat in the Friday by-elections.
The politician Rachael Otundo further hit out at the Jubilee deputy party leader for celebrating the ODM's defeat "as if he joined politics recently."
"It is so immature for DP Ruto to celebrate publicly ODM's loss in Ugenya and Embakasi South by-elections. People like him need to mature because in politics there must be a winner and a loser," Otundo said on Sunday in Kisii town.
The vocal politician further challenged Ruto to concentrate delivering on the implementation of the government's' Big Four Agenda.
According to her, it is not only ODM candidates who lost in the by-elections but, also candidates from other parties.
"Ruto should stop his hatred towards ODM party and the party leaders. Leaders need to unite so that Kenyans can also live in peace and unity. Political parties need to learn a lesson after ODM lost in the mini-polls," she stated and argued that Kenyans in 2022 may not vote for someone because of the political party they are vying on.
