Wanyama will be taking the whole team for a 'Wanayama sponsored dinner' in the Egypt's capital city, Cairo, after the team recorded their first win in the ongoing 2019 African Cup of Nations.
Kenya beat close neighbours Taifa Stars of Tanzania 3-2.
Harambee Stars' head couch Sebastien Migne shared the good news from Wanyama with the press.
Migne said the dinner will help the Stars to break their loneliness of having been in one place for over a week and a chance for the them to enjoy the city as they prepare for their next match.
“My captain has invited the whole team to a good restaurant in Cairo. It is also important for the team to enjoy the place with something different.
“To be together in one place in a camp for three weeks sometimes it is difficult for men and it can get lonely. But we will take pleasure during a few moments all together with the invitation of my captain, and then be ready for Senegal,” Migne stated as quoted by Capital FM
Kenya will face Senegal in the last game of the group scheduled to be played on July 1st as from 10.00pm local time.
