This was revealed by court papers quoted by BBC that valued his estate at around $577 million.

The revelation of the existence of a will is expected to encourage legal suits by his victims.

No beneficiaries except his brother were named in the will.

$56 million in cash and $14 in fixed-income investments were listed.

Epstein's death sparked an uproar, prompting the US Attorney General William Barr to call for a meticulous investigation into the circumstances of his death.

The AG announced a shake-up of the prison administration following the death which was ruled as suicide, putting to rest speculation that there might have been foul play.

Epstein pleaded not guilty to the sex trafficking charges that were pressed against him.

The cases were filed by his alleged victims who wanted him punished for the crimes.

His death will now shift the focus to the people who helped him commit the crimes.

According to the prosecution, Epstein procured young girls for massage sessions which turned sexual.

Before he committed suicide, the billionaire had been found about two weeks earlier unconscious in his cell.
