Outgoing IEBC commissioners have up to Monday 3rd October to know their exit package when the new commissioners will be appointed.
The Kenyan taxpayer may be forced to dig deep into their pockets to pay million of shillings to the outgoing 9 IEBC commissioners after a deal for their exit is reached.
