Visiting the supermarkets you will find hundreds of customers sampling goods from shelves.

Supermarkets are few places that require etiquette and in most cases, you will find the management has pinned polite requests on the walls.

However, some people do disgusting things while in shopping malls.

Here are four annoying things people do in shopping  malls:

1. Spitting on the floor

It is true that some people spit on supermarket floors while shopping. In many shopping malls, there are polite requests warning people against spitting.

However, some people disregard the requests and spit on the floors making it a bad experience for other shoppers.

2. Blocking walkways

While in the supermarket you will find some people holding discussions as they sample goods.

In many cases, these people block the walkways making it difficult for other shoppers to move around.

The unfortunate thing is that when you request these people to give way, they will hurl insults at you.

3. Eating

Some people shop and start eating immediately. While eating is not bad, it is not courteous to eat while walking an talking in public places.

4. Shouting on phone

Some people talk loudly on phones while in shopping malls disrupting other people activities. You will find these people shouting in their vernacular languages causing discomfort to other people.

5. Being rude to cashiers/attendants

Some people talk and behave rudely when dealing with supermarket cashiers and attendants. Such people hurl insults when politely asked for something like giving way to other shoppers.

6. Jumping the queue

In supermarkets just like any other place, shoppers line up to be served. However while in queues some people rudely insist on being served first. This habit is so annoying and people should stop doing it.

7. Pickpocketing

Just like other places frequented by many people, you will not miss pick-pocketers.

Some people go to shopping malls with intention of stealing from other people.

It is always advisable to be alert when in shopping malls to avoid being pickpocketed.

8. Stealing

Cases of people caught stealing n supermarkets are common.

In most cases, they are women who stuff items in their dresses only to be embarrassed in front of others when caught.

Shopping malls have nowadays invested in security cameras to curb theft cases.
