29-year-old Serah Ndanu a journalist at K24 is set to replace former Citizen TV presenter Joey Muthengi.
Ndanu who previously hosted the Breakfast show 'K24 Alfajiri' is set to join Waihiga Mwaura and Willis Raburu for the Day Break show.
Serah studied Bachelor of Arts degree in Tourism Management and Sociology at the University of Nairobi. She has has years of experience having been on TV as an actress in local production since 2011. She also worked at KTN where she hosted Screen Therapy show.
Teshna has won a number of awards as an outstanding actress including Best Lead Actress in 2011 and 2012, during the Kalasha Film Awards.
It is not clear whether she is going to co-host Citizen TV's entertainment show which Joey Muthengi hosted.Joey resigned from Citizen TV after she was summoned by Royal Media Services management for working for Betin, a competitor of RMS' Shabiki.
Joey held her last show on November 9th alongside Willis Raburu, it was an emotional and fun night in equal measure as she said her goodbyes to her colleagues at the Royal Media Services and fans.
Fomer NTV anchor Trevor Ombija who joined the Royal Media Services will also be part of the Day Break show team. Ombija is set to replace former anchor Fred Indimuli who joined K24.
