1. Flavoured yoghurt

Flavoured yoghurt has a good amount of sugar in it. Sugar has been known to accelerate wrinkles and sagging of a person’s skin. Cutting down on this product will help you keep a youthful look.

2.  Beer and cocktails

As people age, their body’s metabolic process take a hit. It becomes hard for them to metabolize alcohol. More so, alcohol is a dehydrating agent, which will make your skin dry hence forming noticeable fine lines.

3. White bread

When you hit your thirties, avoid white bread. This is because when you take this carb, refined carbohydrates in it will be converted into sugar, then glucose. Glucose is bad for collagen in the body. You should remember that collagen helps your skin avoid getting wrinkles.

4. Hot dogs

Eating processed meats in your thirties could be bad, especially for men. Such meals as hot dogs lower a man’s sperm count. Eating them for long might affect your fertility and even lower your chances of getting a woman pregnant.

5. Sugar-free snacks

These snacks are made with artificial sweeteners. These substances are toxic as they will affect the processes of vital organs in your body. Gaining excess weight might be a problem you will have to deal with.
