This is after it emerged that Mbosso, arguably an upcoming artist has gained more views on YouTube than Bongo Flavor legend Ali Kiba alias King Kiba.

A report which was released on Thursday by Swahili Times reveals that Wasafi Classic Baby (WCB) Record crew had all beaten King Kiba of Kings Music on YouTube's lifetime views as per 20th November 2019.

According to the report by the media, Ali Kiba has only managed to gain 103.8 million views on YouTube since he joined YouTube.

Kiba was beaten by all WCB crew, including Mbosso who joined the Wasafi team just in 2018 after the fall of his former music group, Ya Moto Band, which was under their great manager, Mkubwa Fella.

Mbosso has managed to gain 129.6 million views since he opened his official YouTube channel. He posted his first song 'Watakubali' on the channel in June 2018 which managed to attract over 5 million views.

Diamond is the 'Baba Lao' (king) after he managed to gain over 749 views since he joined the platform.

The report has since elicited mixed reactions on social media with some saying WCB might be faking views while others saying King Kiba lacks good management.
