Former Kiambu Governor William Kabogo was on Thursday forced to take a humble pie after his 'expose' on Governor Ferdinand Waititu backfired.
Kabogo had taken to his Facebook sharing a series of buildings alleging that they belonged to his successor.
In his caption, he tagged President Uhuru Kenyatta, Deputy President William Ruto, the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) and the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), asking which other evidence they needed to prove corruption dealing in Kiambu county.
Kabogo's sentiments came hours after Waititu appeared before Senate Public Accounts Committee as he shed light on queries raised by Auditor General in 2018/2019 financial year.
However, Kenyans didn't take Kabogo's expose on Waititu lightly with a number of them saying that they no longer trusted him either.
