Nyamira ODM Youth League is mourning the mysterious death of one of its activist whose body was discovered on Friday morning near his home.
Mr. Shem Oboso, a longtime supporter of Raila Odinga and county's most celebrated activist died under unclear circumstances with his body found few meters from his home.
Youth Leader Dennis Marube narrated Shem's movements hours to his sudden death, adding that police were investigating the most traumatizing incident.
"I was with Shem until late yesterday. He left for a local funeral where he was to condole with the family.
"Just this morning, his body was discovered near his home. It is a tragic loss to the people of Ekerenyo and ODM party," he said.
County party boss Richard Kaka also joined hundreds of youths who mourned Mr. Shem on Nyamira ODM Youth League.
Party lawyer, Tony Moturi also sent condolences adding that Mr. Shem would be remembered as one of the party's loyalist.
"It is sad to receive such discouraging news. We join his family at this daring moment in their life," he said.
While Shem's presence was almost certain in all ODM activities, his participation in ant-IEBC demos remains the most cherished by party supporters.
