The vocal Kisii politician cum businessman Don Bosco Ooga Gichana has rubbished the CS Education Amina Mohammed’s speech to have the HELB loan defaulters be prosecuted terming the whole process as ‘nonsense'.
This follows the CS Education Amina's directive that the police officers are going to partner with the HELB to track down the loan defaulters.
Angry Bosco turned to his Facebook post, where he condemned that action asking Amina to stop her nonsense. He also asked her to get jobs for the youths who are languishing in poverty and also lack employment.
"CS Amina stop that nonsense that HELB defaulters shall be prosecuted. Give them Jobs first, have a way of tracking them through NSSF if they are employed and deduct from their employers. But if someone is unemployed where will he or she get money to pay,” he wrote.
The Kisii based politician also asked Amina and other cabinet secretaries to stop behaving as if they are aliens of this country. He said, they should instead know what is maiming the country people especially the youths and therefore execute their duties effectively.
"Some of you CS' behave as if you are foreigners on transit Visas but you landed into a job by mistake so you are here temporarily before you resume your journey. Please be in touch with the plight of Wanjiku then you will be able to serve us better," he added.
