Controversial gospel artist Willy Paul has for the longest time been a social media discussion due to his songs that a section of people feel are not really gospel.
The social media has also been showing little love to the artist.
This came into play when the Kanungo hitmaker emerged among the top 3 trends for a good part Friday as collateral damage in an incidence he was not even involved in.
Willy Paul during an interview on Citizen TV's 10over10 surprised many when he said haters are good for to him.
"Haters are always there, personally I need such people, I need that hate because that motivates me, it makes me even work harder so please keep up," said the Njiwa hitmaker.
When asked if the hate that originates from what he has done or alleged to have done take away from the music he releases, here was his response;
"I don't know, everyone has a way of expressing themselves, everyone has a unique independent way of thinking, you can't know what someone else is thinking of, once you start being concerned of what others are thinking you will lose weight and die, so just mind your business with your God, as long as you have your God that's what matters ".
