Former Bonchari MP John Opore has criticised his successor MP John Oyioka's development track record.
Opore termed Oyioka as a lazy leader who is greedy and only concerned with his own personal interests.
According to the ex-lawmaker, the people of Bonchari are suffering because Oyioka is busy recovering the monies he spent during the campaigns.
"The development record of Oyioka is poor because he is busy embezzling public funds to recover the monies he spent during the campaigns. The people of Bonchari need to wake up and push the MP to deliver," said Opore.
Speaking on Friday at Bonyanchaire village in Riana Ward, Bonchari Constituency, Opore further claimed that the constituency is lagging behind in terms of development.
He said Oyioka's poor performance since he was elected the MP proves that the people of Bonchari made the wrong choice in the 2017 general elections.
"I know I had enemies who never wanted me to be the MP but the same people are suffering now because the person they said will bring change has disappointed them. He can't deliver because he is not a leader of integrity," he stated.
