Waiguru, who shot to the limelight after she was appointed a Cabinet Secretary when President Uhuru Kenyatta came to power in 2013, has become one of Kenya’s most-talked-about politician.

In the old photo, Waiguru is seen exchanging pleasantries with a relatively ‘young’ Uhuru and another bespectacled guy believed to be Njee Muturi.

The photo was probably taken during their tenure at the Treasury when Uhuru served as Minister of Finance.

Uhuru is seen dressed in a somewhat ‘cheap’ and oversize suit as Waiguru’s naivety is exposed by the ribbon she sported as a headgear matching her pink handbag.
