Comedian Jalang'o was the privileged emcee to host the former US President Barrack Obama during the launch of Sauti Kuu foundation and he could not hide how he felt.
Speaking on Hot 96 FM on Tuesday, the top comedian and radio host said that hosting the former US president was an opportunity of a lifetime.
He also said that during the event, he could not believe that Obama was calmly seated right in front of him ready to be called on stage.
"First on stage was the video play of the Sauti Kuu Foundation and when the big moment came, I introduced Auma Obama. I did not know what to do, I did not know who to recognise. I walked on stage and he [Obama] is seated there in front of me, then I had to call him on stage," said Jalang'o.
And when the moment came for Obama to get on stage, Jalang'o became a little nervous but he finally called him to the stage.
He had to wait for Obama to walk to the stage and shake hands.
"I didn't know how, and when to [because] I was a bit nervous. Everybody I was introducing, I was leaving the stage as they came up. I did not leave the stage and said that this is the moment. I stayed on stage waiting for him to walk to me. Then I saw him walking my way and I was shaking. I stretched my hands, he held it and told me good job Jalang'o," Jalang'o said happily.
