Nakumatt FC edged 1 - 0 past Ushuru FC in a nail-biting KPL promotion play-off clash staged on 19th Friday, at Camp Toyoyo ground.

Nakumatt scored on 19th minute through Tom Adwar, that got the taxmen off guard. 

Ushuru had a glimpse of chances, but unfortunately they could not find the back of the hosts' net.

The victory puts Nakumatt in a good point to remain in the top tier league, ahead of of return leg at MISC, Kasarani on 28th this month.

Meanwhile, Ushuru coach Ken Kenyatta will have to go back to the drawing board if he wants to turn the table against Nakumatt in an effort to avoid the play-off disappointment.
