Kinoti termed the investigation as complex, adding that more top government officials are yet to be quizzed.

An investigation into the Arror and Kimwarer dams scandal has elicited debate across the political divide.

A section of politicians is accusing DCI Kinoti of allegedly targeting certain individuals and communities in his graft probe.

The politicians, among them Nandi Governor Stephen Sang, has even hit out at Kinoti claiming that he has no powers to probe graft cases.

Governor Sang has further been quoted claiming that Kinoti is President Uhuru Kenyatta's 'errand' boy.

Kinoti has, however, rubbished the 'errand boy' tag, saying he works for Kenyans.

President Kenyatta says the war against graft will not spare anyone and that politicians should leave independent agencies to do their work.
