In an interview on Citizen Television on Tuesday, Ford Kenya party leader Moses Wetangula said that the trio will take the opposition leader Raila Odinga to court over unpaid dues.

The Bungoma Senator claimed that ODM has refused to give the three their share of the political parties funds, keeping it all for itself.

‘’It is because of ODM’s bad conduct that we are taking it to court. Wiper and ANC have since written to the party to account for the political parties funds from the Exchequer that it has kept for itself,’’ said the lawmaker.

This comes at a time when the alliance is seemingly on its deathbed, as a result of a series of disagreements and infighting among the member blocs.

NASA troubles began after Odinga’s January 30 mock presidential coronation which was snubbed by Wetangula, Musalia Mudavadi and Kalonzo Musyoka.

The stalemate was further worsened when Raila reconciled with President Uhuru Kenyatta on March 9 without the knowledge of the trio.
