The lawmaker has said that he will not leave the party at all, insisting that he is among the founders of the Musalia Mudavadi-led bloc.

Speaking on Wednesday, he accused the party of attempting to humiliate him, saying that it even used a party headquarters watchman to read his suspension letter in a presser.

"Ken Manono, a party watchman whose job is to guard party property reading a statement in a presser to suspend me, a senator, from the party; Isn't that disrespect? (Yule Ken Manono, watchman wa chama, mtu wa kuangalia vitu zisiibiwe eti anasoma statement kwa press conference ya kunisuspend kwa chama? Mimi Seneta? Si hii ni madharau?)," he lamented in an interview on Radio Citizen on Wednesday.

He added that he will not move even an inch from the party, terming himself one of the owners of the party.

He termed those behind his downfall as persons who only hijacked the party.

Malala added that he delivered a good number of Members of County Assembly (MCAs) from his county to the party, which makes him more useful than Manono and team.

"We are the party owners, I won't allow myself to be subjected to this, I am the one who will expel them (Sisi ndio wenye chama, sitaruhusu hii, mimi ndio nitawatoa)," he added.

Malala has been suspended for campaigning for ODM candidate Imran Okoth in November 7 Kibra race.

ANC's Eliud Owalo came in third.
