Soboo Moto who co-hosts 'One Love' reggae show on Citizen TV with Talia Oyando and another radio show on Hot 96 seems to be enjoying life after making a decision to be a sober man.

Speaking to Kenyans.co.ke, the media personality noted that he managed to recover and completely changed his lifestyle after encountering challenges during the hard process.

"I will not lie to you that my journey has been completely sober. There have been times in the past when I have relapsed, but as they say, relapse is a road to recovery. When you fail, you get up and deal with the mistake," Soboo Moto said as quoted by Kenyans

Although he last stepped at a rehabilitation centre over ten years ago, Soboo Moto admitted he has to be careful so as to avoid any situation that can force him to go back to the bottle.

"It is a struggle every day. I do not go out much, and I do not put myself in situations that would tempt me, and at times I get lonely so I just make my home as comfortable as possible so that when I get there, as much as I am lonely, I have things to keep me comfortable," he noted.

Alcohol addiction is one of the challenges facing the youth and can easily lead to other health complications, deaths and loss of jobs.

It can be cured by going through a rehabilitation process.
