Controversial Radio presenter Kamene Goro underwent another surgery on Sunday.
This comes almost a month after she underwent knee surgery as a result of being involved in an accident at her house.
In a post on Instagram, Kamene Goro appreciated everyone who had wished her a successful surgery.
"Morphine is no joke!!!! Wacha nilale kabla nichome (Let me sleep before I overreact). Surgery was a success, thank you all for the love and prayers, nawapenda sana (I love you)," she wrote on her Instagram story.
Prior to the surgery, Kamene Goro, who resigned from NRG radio to take up a job at Kiss 100, had expressed her displeasure and disappointment at the services being provided at the hospital. She claimed the hospital was keen on receiving money but failed to deliver treatment on time.
"I'm so tired of the terrible practice all over Kenyan Healthcare, I'm more disappointed by the expensive, negligent healthcare systems in Private Hospitals. You have Insurance, you have NHIF, you have cash, but it's almost impossible to get proper treatment. They run to take your money and run a bill, but can't treat on time???? This is how people die awaiting treatment!" a message on her Instagram story read.
