Governor John Nyagarama has come into sharp criticism after a photo of him with other county officials surfaced online inspecting a farm with few cabbages.
A section of Nyamira electorates have ganged up to condemn the county boss saying he should be more serious in leading the county.
"It is very unfortunate that Nyagarama is busy inspecting unnecessary projects. The photo where he was captured at a farm inspecting few cabbages tells how arrogant he is in his style of leadership," said Peter Mochere.
Janet Kemuma said Nyamira residents made a wrong choice during the August 8, 2017 polls.
"We elected a failure who is busy embezzling public funds. Launching a farm with few cabbages is a clear indication that Nyagarama is lazy only stealing money meant for development," she stated.
Jonathan Ombese protested Nyagarama's poor style of leadership terming him as a man without vision.
"Nyamira has got poor roads but, the governor is doing nothing to upgrade them. People like Nyagarama should not be elected to serve in any public office since they will be going round launching farms with few cabbages," said furious Ombese.
